Had a super busy day today, with not much grocery to work with, I decided to just whip up something simple for tonight’s dinner.
Wash bean sprouts thoroughly, cut some fried tofu into triangle shapes (this is not necessary, I just prefer it this way because the sauce gets absorbed easier). Heat up some oil in a wok and stir in the bean sprouts, after 1 minute, stir in the fried tofu triangles, stir for another minute, then add ground pepper, and about 2 table spoonful of Maggi sauce, adjust according to your taste. That’s it, super easy!
