Wash Bok Choi thoroughly, cut into 1 inch sections. Dice 2 garlic. Slice up 4 Chinese sausages, I give the tips to my dog to eat, so he’s always slobbering around whenever I cook this dish. Heat up some olive oil, stir in the garlic until fragrant, stir in the Bok Choi after that, for about 3-4 minutes, then add in the Chinese sausage slices. Add about 2tsb of Chicken Flavoring, mix everything well, then add in a it of corn starch that’s already mixed with water. Once the sauce thickens, you are ready to eat!
