I know, I know, does this even considered as vegi? Well the truth is I ran out of vegetables for the week, but wanted to make sure my family still has fiber in their diet, so voila!
All I did was heat up some olive oil in the wok, then add the frozen corns, stir fry until the corn’s hot, then add a bit of water and chicken flavoring, put the lid on to let the flavor soak in a bit. I also added a bit of red pepper powder and fresh ground pepper on top. Not fancy, and tasted good nevertheless…
