Taiwanese Cabbage & Sausage


Another vegitable dish that little girl can not get enough of, I had to monitor her closely so there was enough left over for lunch tomorrow!

1 head of Taiwanese Cabbage
3 sticks of Taiwanese Sausage
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of chicken flavored seasoning
dash of black pepper

Chop the Cabbage and soak in cold water, chop the garlic and sausages into small pieces.
Heat up olive oil, stir in garlic until fragrant, add in cabbage, cover lid to let it wilt, about 2-3 minutes
Add in sausage pieces, stir everything together, cover again for another 2-3 minutes
Stir in Chicken flavored seasoning, taste to make sure the cabbage is cooked through
Add a dash of black pepper on top, serve!
