So we ordered some salt and pepper tofu yesterday from Chinatown, it was tasteless! I decided to make it better today with the left over, sort of doing my part in “recycling”.
1 chili pepper
1 small onion
1/2 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
Stir fry the onion and pepper in oil for about 1 minute, add the tofu, both types of pepper, toss for another 1-2 minute until everything’s well heated and fragrant, serve!
