Another super easy recipe for the cook that’s trying to nurse herself back to health…
1 pound Baby back ribs, cut into small chunks
Korean bbq marinate (store bought)
2 tablespoon of brown sugar
Crunchy fried rice pattie
Clean the baby back ribs, I slices the meat up but didn’t cut through, since didn’t have a lot of time for the marination. Pour Korean bbq marinate all over the ribs, cover all the way, overnight if possible, if not, at least 2 hours. Preheat oven at 375 degrees, cover baking dish with heavy duty foil, put the marinated ribs into dish, save marinate for basting. Bake for 1 hour, baste every 10 minutes. When meat is done, sprinkle the brown sugar on top of ribs, turn oven to broil, broil for 3-4 minutes until sugar turns dark brown. Put crunchy rice pattie on serving plate, pile ribs on top, then drizzle left over sauce on top. Done!
