My sister brought over her famous beef tenderloin, which brought back some fond memories of the delicious Thai beef salad I used to order years ago. The warm tender beef and the cold crisp vegetable were a perfect combination with tangy spicy dressing.. (I do not have the beef tenderloin recipe, but the dressing is good on any type of salad)
DRESSING
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well together, pour over beef and salad and serve!
