It’s been more than a week since I cooked, so I was really craving something healthy and easy to make. Bought a big bag of hallow heart vegi, this prove to be a family favorite, little girl even requested for “A LOT” of this in her lunch box…
Ingredients
1 T Olive Oil
1 bunch of kong xin tsai (hollow heart vegetable)
2-3 cloves of garlic (smashed)
1 T Satsa sauce
2 T Fish Sauce
Clean the vegetable thoroughly, you might want to rinse and repeat several times to get the soil out
Cut the vegi bunch into 3-4 sections
Heat up the oil, stir in garlic until fragrant, stir in the stalk part of hollow heart vegetable, pour in fish sauce, cover to let the vegi wilt (about 2 mins), stir in the leafy part, add Chinese Satsa sauce, stir fry 3-4 minutes until everything’s cooked through.
