Asparagus & imitation lobsters

This was a real simple dish to pull off, I basically modified the sauce for Hong Kong style Gailan and the family ate it all up! For any parents out there who want their children to eat more greens, this is the sauce to try…

1 bunch of asparagus, snap off the end and cut the stalk to 2 sections
1 pack of imitation lobsters
1/2 T garlic, minced
1/2 T ginger, minced
1/4 Cup water
2 t sugar
2 T oyster sauce
1 T rice wine
1 t corn starch
1 T cooking oil

Mix water, sugar, oyster sauce, wine and corn starch, set aside
Heat up oil in wok, add garlic and ginger, stir fry until fragrant. Then add the asparagus, stir for about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the imitation lobsters and cook for another 2 minutes. Push the asparagus and lobster to the side of the wok, pour the sauce in the middle and let the heat thickens, then stir everything together to coat. Serve!
