Tofu with Crab Meat

on

So my very generous neighbor gave me 2 big o cans of crab meat yesterday, though I had a hard time finding a good Asian recipe that has lump crab meat as a main ingredient. Somehow tofu came into my mind and this certainly was a good combination! Very easy to prepare also…

Ingredients

*2 tbsp oil
*2 clove garlic, crushed
*1 small onion, slices thin
*1 box tofu, cubed
*3/4 cup crab meat
*1 tsp sugar
*1 cup chicken stock
*1/2 tbsp chicken flavor seasoning
*dash of pepper and red pepper flakes to garnish

  1. Heat the oil and fry the garlic, onions until lightly browned.
  2. Add the tofu and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add the crab meat, sugar chicken stock and seasoning, bring to the boil then simmer until everything’s well heated.
  3. Pour everything into a plate and dash pepper and red pepper flakes on top, adjust according to your taste. Serve with white rice.
