* 1/3-1/2 cup sugar (I used rock candy)
* 1/2 cup red beans (soaked in cold water overnight)
* 1/4 cup raw peanuts (without skin)
* 1 tsb vanilla
* 1/4 cup rice flour balls (can be found at asian grocery stores) (optional)
* 3 cups water
Use a small slow cooker, put red beans, peanuts, sugar, water and vanilla, cook for about 4-5 hours on high. When almost ready to serve, boil a small pot of water and cooked the rice flour balls in, when the balls float to the top of the water, they are done. Combined the sweet soup and flour balls together to enjoy some deliciousness!
