Leek and Chinese Sausage

on

This is a very simple dish that I whip on on a regular basis. Normally I use Chicken flavored seasoning, but tonight I tried something a little different, turned out quite tasty also.

4 stalks of leek
4 Chinese sausages
1tbsb oil
2tbsb Black Bean Garlic Sauce

Rinse leek, cut them into thin strips, then soak and wash thoroughly, there’s usually quite a bit of sand in between the layers, so I am very diligent with the cleaning.
Cut the Chinese sausages into small sections

Heat up the oil, throw the leek in and stir fry for 1 min, add the Chinese sausages in, stir fry together for about 3 mins then add in the black bean garlic sauce. Toss and mix all ingredients for another 1-2 mins until leek’s ready to eat.

Good question Karen, I need to change up the category to Vegetable related and not Vegetarian. Thanks for reminding me!
