I had some store bought crab meat stuffed talapia, and some fried rice, thought fried tofu would be a good addition to dinner.
1 box of tofu
1-2 tablespoon of oil
1 stalk of green onion, angle cut slices
1 tablespoon of shredded wood fish
Spicy dumpling dipping sauce
Cut the tofu into big pieces, get rid of excess water from sitting them on paper napkins, and put a heavy plate on top . Heat up the oil in skillet, put the tofu slices in carefully without splashing. Fry for 5 minutes on each side or until golden in color. drain excess oil by placing the fried tofu on paper napkins after getting them out of the skillet. Lay the tofu in 1 layer, sprinkle shredded wood fish, green onions on top, then drip sauce all over for taste.
